Ca’ Marcello wins the Quality Golden Crown

Only 1 in 100 historic houses reaches it!

20 years ago, the “Protocol for the Certification of Historic Houses” was created by Residenze D’Epoca, the world’s first system for the rating of quality standards for historical residences. Since then, every year the Certification Commission of Residenze d’Epoca carries out up to 150 different Quality Controls on each of the 8179 classified properties, and rewards the best castles and historical residences for tourism and events with the awarding of the prestigious Golden Crowns and publication in its Golden Register. The selection is extremely rigorous.

So far, only 1% of the candidate structures have managed to win at least one Golden Crown.
