Welcome to Ca’ Marcello House and Gardens
Palladian lifestyle in the Venice countryside
Welcome to our home, set in the heart of the Veneto region, Italy.
Ca’ Marcello is one of the most beautiful and well-maintained examples of Palladian style villas in the Veneto. It was built in the 16th century by the noble Venetian Marcello family and it is still lived by some descendants of the family.
The villa is decorated with original furniture and antique objects d’art and houses precious stucco works and the ballroom’s cycle of frescoes, created by Giambattista Crosato.
The building is encircled by an harmonious park of the 18th century, which is more than 9 hectars wide.
This historic house was always a private luxury villa, a place of glamour and elegance, always open to convivial pleasure. Our family live here now, happily opening its doors to whoever those who wish to appreciate it’s refined splendour.
Count Jacopo Marcello
I was born and grew up in this villa.
First of all through my family’s care and teaching, and then in a conscious and individual way, I was charmed by these incredible surroundings permeated by tradition…
Ca’ Marcello was always a private home, a place of glamour and elegance, always open to convivial pleasure and at the same time a warm
welcoming home. Count Vettor Marcello and his family live here now, happily opening its doors to whoever those who wish to appreciate it’s
Gardens and park
The fine union between architecture and nature gives this place a majestic peaceful harmony. One’s eye and spirit are lost in the warm and ancient embrace of the forms. The mind is free, out of time and space.
